Your job
- Creating and defining accessible, empathetic, innovative and attractive digital solutions for our customers
- Understand and learn about the needs, behaviors, and emotions of our different users by experimenting in a variety of ways
- Access a UX lab to enrich our customers' user experience
- Rely on data to validate your orientations, analyze feedback to solve problems or continuously improve the experience
- Collaborate closely with the digital production team in an iterative design process and ensure that you keep the user at the heart
Your team
The Digital Experiences Branch is a multidisciplinary team with expertise in design, development and research.
Within the Digital Vice-President, you are part of a Senior Directorate of about fifteen colleagues. You report to the Director of the "UX UI Design Practice". Our team is at the heart of digital transformation and stands out for its focus on our customers and the use they make of our digital products and services. We aim to offer you maximum flexibility to promote your quality of life. This is reflected in a hybrid work environment, as well as a flexible and adaptable schedule.

Prerequisite
- Relevant education and 5-7 years of experience as a designer in a role with similar responsibilities
- Experience in end-to-end, responsive and cross-platform (Web, Android, iOS) product design in iterative mode
- Lean Design enthusiast, to design your experiences using component libraries
- Mastery of design applications and technical capacity for low-fi prototyping development (Figma, Zeplin, Adobe)
