A career as a Senior Digital Business Analyst in the Digital Special Projects team at National Bank means acting as a digital transformation facilitator. This role allows you to actively contribute to our organization with your analytical mind, process documentation skills, and expertise in workshop facilitation.

Your job

  • Collect and document the business needs of stakeholders, supporting prioritization in collaboration with product owners.
  • Write business requirements, ensure traceability, and identify dependencies.
  • Ensure the delivery of solutions that respect data privacy (Privacy-by-Design).
  • Perform analysis of context, impacts, processes, and business rules, while tracing the gaps between the current and future situation.
  • Facilitate cross-sector workshops to clarify business issues and scenarios.
  • Co-produce and document backlog items in the collaboration tool.
  • Understand the scope of the processes to be optimized by proactively planning activities for the various deliverables, as well as being able to present them verbally and graphically
  • Define test scenarios and propose a change management strategy.

Within the Digital Customer Experience sector, you will join a team of 60 talented colleagues, reporting to the Senior Director of Digital Special Projects. Our team operates in agile "startup" mode, promoting innovation and collaboration.

Prerequisite

  • Expertise in Design Thinking and Process Improvement (BPMN) methodologies
  • Experience in business process transformation, continuous improvement and change management in a technological environment
  • Knowledge of banking systems and processes
  • Proficiency in JIRA and Confluence tools
  • Ability to work independently in startup mode.
