A career as a Senior Enterprise Architect ECM within the IT Architecture, Marketing, Data and Client AI team, at National Bank, means using your business architecture skills, document management experience and technological knowledge to positively impact the client/employee/partner experience, profitability and growth of our industry.

Your job:

• Act as a trusted advisor to the lines of business that depend on the records management domain in the development of the domain's long-term strategic vision and in ongoing decision-making

• Collect strategic and commercial issues, their operational reality, transpose them into multi-channel/multi-line business solutions and propose strategies to support the implementation of activities

• Establish and maintain the mapping of the operational capabilities of the document management domain (and other areas used), in collaboration with the business line and data governance

• Maintain the target architecture and transformation roadmap of technology ecosystems

• Support and mentor delivery teams, ensuring that the solutions implemented are in line with the roadmap and that they are in line with the Bank's architecture guidelines and standards

• Identify possible interrelationships and synergies between the different initiatives

• Ensure the healthy evolution of the application portfolio: obsolescence, technology debt, simplification of the entire IT ecosystem, etc.

• Conduct monitoring to keep abreast of business and technology trends and best practices. Contribute to the innovation process with the business sector.

• Work closely together in shared co-leadership with the existing domain architect to ensure a unified view of the domain architecture.


Your team:

Within the IT ECM delivery industry, you are part of a team of 8 colleagues and report to the Strategy and Delivery Architect. Our team stands out for its expertise in data and document management, the delivery of cross-functional capabilities, its proximity to the industry and the collaboration of all its members.

We prioritize a variety of forms of continuous learning to enrich your development, including learning in action, the training content available to you, and working collaboratively with colleagues with diverse expertise and profiles.


Basic requirements:

• Completed bachelor's degree, related to industry, and fifteen years of relevant experience or a completed master's degree, related to industry, and eight years of relevant experience

• Experience in the role of senior architect in the realization of several large-scale projects in large companies

• Knowledge of the document management field is an asset

• Mastery of the concepts, technologies and solutions of a modern digital ecosystem (e.g. Microservices, APIs, Data Flows, Security, Elasticity, PaaS, Cloud SaaS, DevOps, ...)

• AWS Cloud Architect certification is an asset

• Strong ability to synthesize, analyze, popularize and influence

• Sense of innovation and ability to rethink/redefine ways of doing things
