- Implement strategies, activities, or tactics involving major accounts in the real estate brokerage field in collaboration with the involved distribution teams. These strategies will aim to achieve business objectives, including the BNC's market share with these banners.
- Renew, negotiate, and maintain corporate agreements with major accounts.
- Keep the agreements of various market intermediaries operating in the real estate sector in Canada up to date, establish and implement new processes aligned with the bank's and its regulators' requirements.
- Participate in and coordinate various corporate events of major accounts to increase our visibility with all real estate brokers. Identify business opportunities and advise leaders on penetration strategies to undertake.
- Guide the development of new services and technological tools and optimize existing ones to meet the evolving needs of clients.
- Act as an expert advisor to partners and various sectors of the Bank.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree related to the field and seven to ten years of relevant experience OR Master's degree related to the field and seven years of relevant experience.
- Experience in business development in the housing or personal credit sector in the real estate industry.
- Excellent knowledge of real estate brokerage.
- Experience in coaching and team facilitation as a manager in a direct and matrix management environment.
- Strong influencing skills.
- Communicate with impact and share the vision.
- Analyze, understand, and anticipate the impacts of large projects in the context of cultural evolution.
