A career as a Senior Manager Governance and Transformation of Operational and Third-Party Risks within the Integrated Risk Management team at National Bank means acting as a strategic leader in the evolution and management of the operational and third-party risk framework. This role allows you to play a key role in organizational transformation through your risk management expertise and ability to mobilize teams.

Your role

• Lead the transformation of the governance and measurement framework for operational and third-party risks.

• Develop and enhance policies, standards, and methodologies in collaboration with business sectors and partners to increase the efficiency and effectiveness of processes.

• Act as an expert advisor to senior management and regulators. Influence and support the sector's objectives by implementing solutions that optimize the governance of operational and third-party risks.

• Supervise and analyze scenarios and stress tests related to operational risks.

• Oversee the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses.

• Guide the operational risk appetite process.

• Manage the operational risk component of the corporate insurance program.

• Coach and support the team to achieve common goals.

Your team

Being part of the Governance and Transformation of Operational and Third-Party Risks team means creating value by supporting the organization in large-scale and strategic initiatives. You will report to the Senior Director of Operational and Third-Party Risk Management. Our team is distinguished by its expertise, production of high-quality data that guides business decisions, comprehensive view of the organization's operational risks, collaboration with multiple stakeholders with diverse expertise (business lines, support units, second lines of defense, procurement, audit, etc.), its ability to take action, and its creative spirit in finding innovative solutions.

Prerequisites

• A university degree relevant to the field and 10 years of relevant experience.

• Demonstrated in-depth knowledge of operational risk management, third-party risk management, and the regulatory framework.

• Significant experience in organizational transformation contexts and managing cross-functional initiatives.

• Proficiency in scenario analysis and stress tests related to risks.

• Demonstrated knowledge of the process of collecting and analyzing operational losses.

• Proven rigor, influence, and leadership skills.
