Joining the IT Delivery - Payment team means having the opportunity to learn and develop with a highly qualified team. In this context, we are looking for a Delivery Technical Leader with excellent knowledge of software development.
Your Role
- Supervise and guide a team of technical contributors (Java, python developers and automated test developers) divided into different delivery squads
- Ensure the delivery of the transformation of the Payment ecosystem
- Supervise and guide the implementation and maintenance of software development standards
- Implement technological expertise to support established prioritization while ensuring good change management
- Assist contributors in technology choices and application architecture in collaboration with solution architects
- Maintain a global understanding of the evolution of the execution of the deliverables of the different squads, lend a hand to the resolution of issues
- Be the representative of the software development practice for the Domestic Payment delivery team with the various stakeholders, popularize software development concepts
- Accompany and support the Management team of the Payment Area, the main management, and more broadly the vice-presidency
- Ensure rigorous and proactive management of the team
- Lead, coach and mobilize the entire team in the development of technological needs and solutions

You will report to the Senior Director - Domestic Payment Delivery & Transversal Capacities.

Prerequisite
- Proven experience in multi-disciplinary team leadership
- Experience in direct and matrix personnel management in a transformation context (leader, coach, supporter, facilitator)
- Experience in delivery in a major project context
- Good knowledge of operational management
- Good knowledge of the development lifecycle and technologies (Java, python, AWS, etc.)
- Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and members of management, ability to synthesize clearly and concisely both verbally and in writing
- Ability to influence, negotiate and positively mobilize various stakeholders, political acumen
- Desire to work in a work environment that promotes autonomy and the creation of ideas
- Positive attitude and orientation to work in partnership.
