Description
A career as a senior portfolio management advisor in the Portfolio Management team of the Office of Information Security means participating in the orchestration and playing a key role in the transformation of the Enterprise Architecture and Information Security (AESI) sector. You will contribute to the ongoing management of the portfolio, the implementation of essential processes, and the engagement of colleagues, while influencing senior management on strategic priorities.
Your job
- Establish and maintain effective portfolio management governance within the sector, including the coordination of committees and stakeholders.
- Have a good understanding of portfolio initiatives, impacts on information security risk, and their contributions to our strategic information security objectives.
- Act as the focal point for matters relating to the portfolio management of the VP AESI sector.
- Work in synergy with all teams in the sector to maximize the alignment of our investments with our strategic objectives and those of the bank, in collaboration with the Office of Information Security's Efficiency and Performance team.
- Track, measure, and analyze the portfolio with all stakeholders.

Reporting to the Senior Director, the team is composed of three colleagues with varied expertise, including strategic consulting, performance optimization and mastery of Power BI. Prerequisite
- Industry-related bachelor's degree and ten years of relevant experience OR Industry-related Master's degree and eight years of relevant experience OR University certificate and eight years of relevant experience.
- Excellent knowledge of delivery to the bank.
- Experience in portfolio and project management.
