Description
As a Senior Transformation Advisor in the OTC Derivatives team at National Bank, you’ll be a specialist to improve and transform our business processes. With your ability to quickly understand the business requirements, your experience in prioritizing initiatives, your proactivity, your curiosity, and your experience in Agile methodology, you’ll have a positive impact on the transformation of our Financial Markets Operations sector.
Your role:
- Achieve efficiency objectives by leading and actively contributing in the initiative delivery
- Oversee improvements to help teams support Financial Markets growth
- Ensure that potential solutions are defined for the processes to be optimized and proactively support the activity planning for all of our deliverables
- Support sector managers in managing the capacity of their employees dedicated to Transformation
- Ensure that processes are questioned and improved before automating them
- Identify specific needs related to the business reality fo Financial Markets
Your team:
As part of the OTC Derivatives sector, you’ll be on a team of 9 of colleagues and you’ll report to the Senior Manager Evolution and Business Integration. Our team stands out for its ability to work on several major initiatives while keeping the great work atmospher and collaboration.

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor's degree and 8 years of relevant experience or Master's degree and 6 years of relevant experience
- Experience in delivering initiatives using Agile methods
- Be proficient in initiative delivery using Agile method
- Be proficient to manage multiple priorities and result-oriented
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly but rigorously
- Knowledge of payments, an asset
