Your Role
- Collaborate closely with other team members and support them in preparing client files and delivering high-quality services.
- Assess and identify client needs in financial planning and propose tailored solutions.
- Draft various types of financial plans (partial and comprehensive).
- Prepare retirement projections and provide personalized follow-ups with clients.
- Work with clients to develop action plans suited to their situation and oversee implementation in collaboration with their external professionals.
- Build trust-based relationships with clients to ensure their loyalty and generate new asset inflows.
- Identify and highlight business opportunities, particularly in financial security.

Requirements
- Hold a university degree in finance, wealth management, economics, or a related field.
- Have at least 5 years of experience in wealth management, financial analysis, or a similar role.
- Successfully completed the Canadian Securities Course (CSC).
- CFA designation is an asset.
- Proficient with financial tools and investment management platforms.
- Strong knowledge of financial products, investment strategies, and tax-related matters.
- Communicate effectively, both orally and in writing, and demonstrate advanced analytical skills.
