Your Job:
- Work closely with IT teams to ensure the optimization of our sites' performance through structure, internal linking, meta tags, keywords, etc.
- Develop and implement both on-site and off-site SEO strategies tailored to each customer segment (individuals, businesses, wealth management) to achieve the company's goals in terms of traffic, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
- Proactively conduct regular SEO audits to identify issues and improvement opportunities.
- Create or participate in the development of performance reports for various audiences (technical team, digital strategists, management).
- Monitor ongoing projects with our internal and external partners.
- Monitor and analyze the positioning of our site and our competitors on search engines, considering the specifics of each market segment.
- Stay updated on the latest trends and best practices in SEO, especially with developments related to generative AI.
Your Team:
As an SEO Specialist, you will report to the Senior Director of informational websites at National Bank. You will work closely with our senior SEO specialist and be part of a team of over 7 specialists who manage the informational websites of the National Bank.
Prerequisites:
- At least five years of relevant experience in SEO, IT, digital performance.
- Proven experience in successful SEO strategies, particularly within large companies or organizations.
- Excellent knowledge of SEO tools and techniques and analytical measurement.
Skills:
- Influential leadership and excellent team player.
- Ability to work with both business lines and technical teams.
- Ability to compile, synthesize, prioritize, and present complex data from various sources.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and quickly to maximize business value for the client and the organization.
