Description
As a Technical Advisor in the Financial Markets Business Strategy group at National Bank, your role will be to provide essential administrative support to the sector by participating in the end-to-end process of updating Financial Markets personnel files. When required, you will provide support to the campus recruitment team. You will also help optimize the efficiency of workflows and ensure that employee onboarding processes run smoothly.
Your Job
- Ensure the update the data of personnel files in the internal system including hirings, departures, transfers and promotions
- Master the complexity of Financial Markets employments contracts and contribute to the drafting of offer letters
- Documents and optimize processes
- Provide administrative support to the campus recruitment team, when necessary

Prerequisites:
- Professional College Diploma (DEC) and at least 4 years of experience OR a bachelor’s degree and 1 to 2 years of relevant experience
- Experience in in an administrative or similar role, preferably within a Human Resources or Recruitment team
- Knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, Teams)
- Ability to work well under pressure and deal with tight timelines
- Knowledge of Capital Markets is considered an asset
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, detail oriented, organized, and proactive.
- Ability to adapt quickly and client-focused
- Analytical skills and agility
- Bilingualism is an asset
