Your job
- Master information related to business processes and act as a resource person
- Establish links between the different fields of expertise (knowledge, system, working method)
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Ensure compliance and risk management rules
- Process the opening of commercial files and respond to various customer requests
- Perform administrative activities in accordance with established policies and procedures
- Perform various banking transactions

Prerequisite
- Hold a college diploma or equivalent experience
- Have a thorough knowledge of banking systems and processes (TBT, Passticket, Customer Management, GCC)
- Mastery of compliance and risk management rules
- Be available until 8 p.m. (Variable working hours)
