Your Role
- Answer calls and emails from corporate clients to provide quality service
- Conduct complex research and handle simple escalation cases
- Support partners on the products offered, the systems used, and the application of processes
- Master information related to business processes and act as a resource person
- Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the relevant teams
- Ensure compliance with rules and risk management
- Maintain a good relationship with the business line to provide an exceptional customer experience
- Actively participate in solution-oriented discussions to meet client needs
