Your Role
  • Answer calls and emails from corporate clients to provide quality service
  • Conduct complex research and handle simple escalation cases
  • Support partners on the products offered, the systems used, and the application of processes
  • Master information related to business processes and act as a resource person
  • Identify and resolve operational issues in collaboration with the relevant teams
  • Ensure compliance with rules and risk management
  • Maintain a good relationship with the business line to provide an exceptional customer experience
  • Actively participate in solution-oriented discussions to meet client needs

Prerequisites
  • Hold a university, college diploma, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to conduct complex research and manage escalation situations
  • Relevant experience in customer service and operational support
  • In-depth knowledge of banking products and systems
