Thanks to your involvement in the various processes related to Counterparty Documentation Centre - Account Opening you will participate in the transformation of the Bank.
Your job:
- Perform various account openings and updates in financial market transactional systems according to established policies, standards, and procedures.
- Handle a high volume of requests while respecting the established SLAs.
- Adequately respond to requests from clients and stakeholders involved in the cases by providing professional and courteous service.
- Identify user needs, pinpoint issues, and make recommendations to optimize processes while providing quality service.
- Ensure the accuracy of data and operations in transactional systems.
- Collaborate in the analysis of the performance of tools, systems, or processes.
Please note, to respond to the needs of our clients, this post will have the hours of 10:00am to 6:00pm .

Prerequisites:
- Bachelor’s degree related to the sector of activity OR a D.E.C and three years relevant experiance
- Excellent analytical skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft products including Excel
- Ability to work under pressure, quickly and accurately
