Your role :
- Communicate, interact continuously and support the various sectors of the Bank in order to offer them advanced technical support in their US tax operations;
- Participate in the preparation and issuance of US tax slips for all our partners and lines of business;
- Perform periodic reconciliations of US-sourced income reported to the Internal Revenue Service (IRS);
- Perform quality controls surrounding data reportable to the US government;
- Carry out analyses to validate financial and non-financial information and proactively identify issues;
- Compile, produce and analyze various reports and statistics to ensure decision-making;
- Participate in the analysis of the various requests received from the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) and business partners;
- Participate in the review of existing processes, by proposing different and new ways aimed at simplifying and standardizing operational tasks;
Your team :
Reporting to the Senior Manager of the US Tax Operations team, you’ll be in a team of 10 colleagues and you’ll play a key role in advancing the sector’s practices and improving quality.

Prerequisties:
• Bachelor's degree, related to the sector of activity and 5 years of relevant experience or any other combination of training and experience deemed equivalent;
• Good knowledge of securities;
• Experience in operations, an asset;
• Good knowledge of tax rules, an asset;
• Advanced knowledge of Excel;
• Skills in time management, priorities and ability to work under pressure;
• Autonomy, skills of initiative, rigor, great ability to take charge and ability to operate in solution mode;
• Excellent interpersonal relationships;
