Your Job
- Write various types of texts for our transactional platforms and support tools (FAQs, demos, etc.) in clear and accessible language;
- Simplify the customer experience on our digital platforms and explain more complex financial literacy concepts;
- Understand the features of our banking services and their impact on the experience and journey of a user on a digital platform;
- Support project managers in establishing the process and timelines necessary for content delivery;
- Coordinate content production, ensure deadlines are met, and follow up on project delivery;
- Measure and analyze results, draw conclusions, and submit optimization recommendations;
- Ensure compliance with editorial standards and contribute to maintaining a strong brand tone;
- Ensure the implementation and adherence to best practices in UX writing, short content, and web accessibility standards.
Your Team
Within the Digital Customer Experience sector, you are part of a team of 14 colleagues and report to the Director of Digital Writing. Our team stands out for its expertise, quality of delivery, collaboration, and empowerment. We prioritize a variety of continuous learning methods to enrich your development, including learning in action, training content made available to you, and working in collaboration with colleagues of diverse expertise and profiles.
Prerequisites
- Completed Bachelor's degree in communication, journalism, marketing, or other related fields and five (5) to six (6) years of relevant experience in digital writing;
- Excellent command of Canadian French (written and spoken) AND good command of English (written and spoken);
- Experience in developing applications and digital experiences with multidisciplinary teams;
- Excellent writing skills for digital products, including transactional websites or mobile applications;
- Experience with the end-to-end journey of a user on a digital platform;
- Excellent knowledge of guiding principles and best practices in UX writing and web accessibility;
- Interest in finance, economics, and the business world, an asset.
