What You'll Do 

  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and informative responses to inquiries via phone and email.
  • Coordinate with various departments, manage key client deadlines, and maintain detailed records to ensure all client needs are met.
  • Collaborate and support all team members to deliver exceptional client service.
  • Contribute to new and ongoing marketing initiatives.
  • Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
 

What We're Looking For 

Requirements: 

  • Extensive experience in the investment industry with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel.
  • Proficiency in client management systems and portfolio management reporting.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
  • Results-driven mindset with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
  • High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to client confidentiality.
