What You'll Do
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, providing prompt and informative responses to inquiries via phone and email.
- Coordinate with various departments, manage key client deadlines, and maintain detailed records to ensure all client needs are met.
- Collaborate and support all team members to deliver exceptional client service.
- Contribute to new and ongoing marketing initiatives.
- Engage in continuous learning and development to enhance skills and knowledge.
What We're Looking For
Requirements:
- Extensive experience in the investment industry with a strong working knowledge of Microsoft Suite applications, especially Excel.
- Proficiency in client management systems and portfolio management reporting.
- Self-motivated and proactive, capable of working independently while contributing effectively within a team.
- Results-driven mindset with exceptional critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and reprioritize tasks to meet deadlines effectively.
- High attention to detail, accuracy, and commitment to client confidentiality.
