A career as a Wealth Associate in the Wealth Management team at National Bank means acting as a client development specialist. This job allows you to make a positive impact on our organization with your expertise in sales, customer service, and relationship management.
Your job
- Make a minimum of 30 solicitation calls per day in order to generate new business opportunities
- Develop a continuous sales pipeline and ensure rigorous follow-up of leads
- Organize an average of 4 monthly meetings with potential customers
- Collaborate with wealth advisors to develop innovative sales strategies
- Learn and support customer service needs (transactions, statements, interest validations, etc.)
- Ensure quality follow-up via the CRM: detailed notes, task management, profile updates
Your team
This position offers growth opportunity over an approximate period of 12 months. With the support of your team, you will manage all aspects of a sophisticated relationship with our customers by becoming a product specialist.
Within the Vancouver area sector, you will be part of a large team of investment advisors and report to the regional management. Our team stands out for its collaboration, transparency and commitment to providing exceptional customer experience.

Prerequisite
- Completed college and/or university diploma in a related field
- Completion of the Canadian Securities Course (CSC) and/or Conduct and Practices Handbook Course
- Have a strong ability to develop trusting relationships and work collaboratively
- Possess excellent oral and written communication skills
- Have the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
