Our Program

The 2025 internship program in the Corporate Finance, Accounting and Real Estate Business Strategy sector provides the opportunity to join the cohort for the 2025 winter session.

As a participant in the 2025 internship program, you will have the opportunity to put your learning into practice and live a dynamic experience working with our seasoned professionals.

We are recruiting an intern to join our Real Estate Business Strategy team located in our Montreal office in a hybrid formula!

More specifically, your responsibilities will be:

• Carry out surveys, structure, incorporate and update data on our buildings in our property management tool (examples: asbestos register, fire inspection, DAR and all other components of a building)

• Structure the data necessary for the application of Law C-81 on accessibility, set up the reporting necessary to analyze the data, the application of the Law on all of our sites and publish the results to the various instances

• Optimize our ways of doing things and simplify the consolidation of building data

• Automate simple tasks related to real estate business strategy

• Implement or improve analysis tools and develop dashboards

• Support the production of quarterly and annual reports
