Description
We are hiring for an Area Manager at Money Mart
Momentum Financial Services Group, a leading financial services provider in North America, is seeking an Area Manager to oversee operations for 4-9 branch locations. This position plays a critical role in influencing company profitability and customer satisfaction.

During a typical day, you will:
- Lead and motivate a team to achieve the company’s goals, values, strategies.
- Implement market strategies to increase branch performance.
- Manage operational and compliance standards within your area.
- Conduct one-on-one sessions with branch managers for coaching and development.
- Develop a network of positive contacts in the business community.
- Collaborate with senior management to develop business plans.
Successful candidates will:
- Be a champion of exceptional customer service, dedicated to creating positive experiences in every customer interaction.
- Have strong conflict resolution skills to maintain composure and clarity in challenging situations.
- Have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a leadership capacity managing a multi-site operation or internal Money Mart Branch Manager with 3+ years’ experience
- Have a minimum of 3 years in a customer-facing targeted sales environment; experience in either the consumer lending or the financial services industry is strongly preferred.
- Live within the area’s geographic location and willing to travel frequently to perform branch visits.
