The Navadian CHALLENGE:

  • Ensure network security 

  • Ensure the proper functioning of the network and the various servers  

  • Manage and supervise the company's servers and equipment 

  • Ensure the backups and the restoration of data 

  • Ensure the deployment of updates on the company's equipment 

  • Analyze, diagnose and resolve a wide variety of complex software, hardware and peripheral challenges 

  • Maintain inventory of available infrastructure equipment 

  • Manage the incident log to document, review and address incidents 

  • Participate in special projects and continuous improvement of the IT department 

  • Perform preventive maintenance, system upgrades and user management  

  • Administer the various network, hardware and software components. 


Your profile:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or Computer Engineering; or  

  • Five years of relevant experience in the information technology field, 

  • Excellent knowledge of network protocols (WAN, LAN, VLAN, VPN) and firewalls 

  • Excellent knowledge of Windows Server 2012 R2 to 2022 

  • Knowledge of Microsoft 365 software, including Azure and Sharepoint 

  • Ability to work with Windows 10 and 11, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware Virtualization 

  • Knowledge of Dell switches, servers and SANs, Fortigate firewalls and Maestro ERP are advantages 

  • Bilingual (French, English)
