Your impact

As an Advisor, People Services, Data Management, you will play a key role in ensuring accurate HR data management and seamless administrative processes. Your expertise will help enhance efficiency, improve employee experience, and support HR operations with precision.

As part of our team you will
  • Process and manage HR data requests and service tickets efficiently.
  • Ensure accurate and timely entry of employee data into SuccessFactors (SSFF), SAP and other HR systems.
  • Maintain data integrity through regular audits and compliance with SOX requirements.
  • Fulfill regular and ad-hoc data reporting requests
  • Identify system defects and enhancement areas, participate in User Acceptance Testing in system enhancement projects
  • Create and update HRIS process documentation and standard operating procedures.
  • Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and reduce administrative workload.
  • Provide subject matter expertise on HR data-related projects and system enhancements.
Prerequisites for your success in this role
  • Degree in Business Administration, IT, Human Resources, or a related field.
  • Advanced proficiency in SuccessFactors (SSFF) and/or HR data management.
  • Experience in HR operations, service ticket management, and compliance.
  • Strong problem-solving and attention to detail in handling HR data.
  • Ability to collaborate effectively and work as an individual contributor.

The expected salary range for this role is CAD $ 87,200 - 114,450. This range is tied to the British Columbia market for jobs performed in British Columbia. The salary offer to the successful candidate will be based on job-related education, training, and/or experience. The salary offer will not be based on a candidate’s pay history at other jobs, and by law, Newmont will not seek information about pay history, and candidates should not share such information with Newmont.
