Musselwhite site
Provide administrative support to the Exploration Department, primarily to Sr. Exploration Geologists, Exploration Logistics Supervisor/Drill Supervisor, and Exploration Manager.
- Submit travel changes for Exploration staff, and contractors when needed
- Entering Daily Drill Report data into the Exploration database
- Create warehouse reservations, entering purchase requisitions for purchases of equipment, tools, and consumables related to all Exploration Department and Exploration Contractors activities
- Processing invoices and tracking monthly costs
- Perform monthly cost Accruals for all Exploration Department activities
- Data entry tasks when needed
- Minimum Grade 12 education, or GED
- Minimum 2 years experience in related fields is preferred
- Clerical/administration experience is an asset
- Familiarity with all Microsoft Office Suite applications
- A basic understanding of Exploration and Mining terminology is an asset
- Demonstrate client service orientation, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team of professionals
- Excellent Communication skills (verbal, written, listening)
- Detail-oriented and able to prioritize to ensure deadlines are met
- Experience with databases is an asset
- Ability to work with a diverse mix of cultures
The work schedule for this position is 4 days on, 3 days off including travel to site.
