Musselwhite Site
Musselwhite Mine is seeking energetic Underground Miners with a positive attitude to join our dedicated team. We have openings in the areas of Production, Logistics/Services, and Development mining groups.
- Work safely in the underground environment
- Take direction from Leaders and Underground Supervisors
- Be an engaged and active member of a highly productive team
- Production mining
- Logistics/Services mining
- Development mining
- At least two years of underground mining experience
- Experienced in mechanized mining
- Experience with operating various underground mining equipment including, but not limited to, haul trucks, scooptrams (manual, remote, tele-remote), boom trucks, shotcrete sprayers, bulk emulsion loaders, carrier-mounted longhole drills, jumbos (boring & bolting)
- Ontario Underground Common Core certified
- Current and valid driver’s license preferred
- Experienced in remote work camps
- Ability to sit/drive for up to 12 hours daily
- Ability to lift up to 20 kg
The work schedule for this fly in/fly out position is 14 on, 14 days off, working 12-hour days.
