Your main responsibilities:

  • Identify and adjust aircraft system structural systems to specifications, technical drawings, manuals and other procedures;
  • Repair and revise aircraft structural systems, manufacture, assembly and machining of aluminum and composite parts;
  • Perform routine maintenance and reporting;
  • Inform the supervisor of irregularities in work tasks;
  • Ensure that the work is performed in accordance with Nolinor Aviation's quality standards, policies and procedures and applicable regulations;
  • Work closely with colleagues and supervisors to ensure that the work is delivered on schedule;
  • Ensure that the workplace is clean and safe at all times;
  • Promote the quality management system and provide suggestions for improvement;
  • Adhere to and implement safety policies;
  • Perform other related duties.

You’re the ideal candidate if:

  • You have a DEP in the assembly of aerospace structures and 1-3 of relevant experience (nice to have);
  • You must be able to understand and work from technical drawings as well as other written instructions or design specifications;
  • You have mathematical and analytical skills, as well as the ability to be accurate at a high level of quality and predictability;
  • You have familiarity with a variety of pneumatic, manual and sheet-metal tools;
  • Excellent judgment, attention to details;
  • Proficiency in French, both spoken and written;
  • Good knowledge of English, both spoken and written, to read manuals.
