Are you detail-oriented with strong coordination skills? As an Operations Control Center (OCC) Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supervising flight operations, adapting schedules as needed, and optimizing communication among various partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight Operations Coordination: Supervise scheduled flights and adjust plans in response to unforeseen events.
  • Monitoring Delay and Incident Reports: Document operations and keep relevant departments informed for thorough follow-up.
  • Liaison with Crews and Partners: Maintain constant communication to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Operational Link with Sales Teams and Client Representatives: Ensure ongoing communication to align operations with client expectations and business requirements.

Core Tasks:

  • Manage flight schedules and make last-minute adjustments in coordination with the crew assignment coordinator.
  • Monitor and coordinate aircraft movements and flight plan adjustments to maintain punctuality.
  • Actively communicate with flight and cabin crew to provide updates on operational conditions.
  • Document and handle in-flight incidents to ensure traceability and implement corrective actions as needed.

Core Competencies:

  • Adaptability to respond to real-time operational needs;
  • Organizational skills and prioritization for schedule management;
  • Effective communication skills with internal teams and partners;
  • Documentation and analytical skills for incident tracking and follow-up.

Requirements:

  • Experience in operations management or flight coordination within the aviation sector;
  • Knowledge of scheduling and contingency management procedures;
  • Bilingual proficiency in French and English.
