Solution Specialist at Novatize
The Solution Specialist at Novatize implements technical solutions to meet the specific needs of eCommerce clients. The role requires technical expertise, client relationship management skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic team environment. The objective is to provide innovative solutions that drive client success.
JOB TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate closely with clients to understand their business goals, technical requirements, and challenges, and provide expert advice on eCommerce solutions;
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, guiding solutions and ensuring seamless communication;
- Lead the discovery process for eCommerce businesses, including presenting solutions, developing mockups for proofs of concept (POCs), and facilitating various workshop formats.
- Design complete eCommerce ecosystems, considering both front-end and back-end requirements;
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, including sales, product, and development teams, to ensure smooth design and implementation of solutions;
- Prepare technical documents (architecture diagrams, data flows, integration plans, etc.) to ensure clarity of proposed solutions;
- Perform any other related tasks as needed.
