The Role, Your Impact:
Reporting to the National Director, National Chains, the incumbent will have the following primary responsibilities:
- Responsible for a National Chains key customer portfolio
- Negotiate agreements with National Chains head offices in alignment with the company’s strategic orientations
- Responsible for the business and sales plans: volume, profitability, and optimization
- Participate in the development of the strategy for the National Accounts
- Lead and coordinate new specific product development for the chains with R&D
- Support the Director in the implementation of the global strategy
- Manage and communicate market data to costumers
- Conduct sales analysis on a frequent basis. Built action plan in line with our annual business objectives
- Maintain constant communication internally in line with the daily operations
- Responsible for the performance of categories and products for each customer according to results and adopted strategies
- Work collaboratively with production, logistics and forecasting teams
Your assets for this position:
- Education: Bachelor of Business Administration or equivalent
- Experience: Minimum of 10 years' experience in sales and administration of key accounts
- Skills:
- Strong leadership, negotiation, communication, and finance skills
- Great ability to build and maintain strong business relationships
- Executive approach and strategic thinking
- Sense of urgency and priority management skills
- Excellent analytical and financial capacities
- Ability to work under pressure
- Great teamwork ability
- Travel and attendance at customers events required
- Good computer skills (Microsoft Office, AS400)
