SUMMARY
Leading a technical team, the IT Infrastructure and Projects Team Leader ensures operational excellence, security robustness, and the continuous evolution of the IT infrastructure. They manage the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from initiation to delivery, leveraging active technological monitoring to propose improvements and optimizations, all aligned with the company’s strategic vision.

YOUR TASKS

  • Supervise, mentor, and develop the technical team members, fostering collaboration and achieving objectives.
  • Ensure operational excellence by maintaining the availability, performance, and proactive maintenance of the entire IT infrastructure (servers, networks, storage, cloud, etc.).
  • Define, implement, and ensure compliance with security policies and measures to protect and strengthen the company's systems and data.
  • Manage the complete lifecycle of IT projects under their responsibility, including planning, resource allocation, progress tracking, risk management, and final delivery.
  • Conduct active technological monitoring to identify, evaluate, and recommend new solutions or approaches to optimize and evolve the infrastructure.
  • Propose and implement continuous improvement plans for operational processes, security, and team and infrastructure efficiency.
  • Collaborate with management and stakeholders to ensure alignment of infrastructure initiatives and projects with the organization's strategic vision and business needs.

PROFESIONNAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • College or university degree in a relevant field.
  • At least 7 years of experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent knowledge of French and English, both written and spoken.

  • Leadership and Team Management: Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a technical team in an IT infrastructure and project environment.
  • Technical Expertise in Infrastructure and Operations: Deep understanding of infrastructure technologies (servers, networks, cloud, storage) and their operational management (performance, availability, maintenance).
  • IT Project Management: Strong skills in planning, executing, monitoring, and delivering technology projects, managing resources, risks, and budgets.
  • Cybersecurity and Risk Management Expertise: Strong understanding of security challenges related to infrastructure, with the ability to implement protective measures and manage associated risks.
  • Strategic Vision, Communication, and Technological Monitoring: Ability to align initiatives with business objectives, communicate effectively with all stakeholders, and drive technological evolution.
