Administrative Assistant – 1.0 FTE, Year-Round Position

Pacific Academy is requesting applications from qualified individuals for an Administrative Assistant position, starting the first week of August. The selected candidate will work directly with the Education Technology and External Relations Directors to support ongoing operations within the school. We are looking for candidates who possess excellent person-to-person and written communication skills as well as an exceptional ability to ensure all tasks are followed through to completion. Applicants should be team-oriented, highly organized and technically proficient in basic office management software.

Qualifications:

Support a Pentecostal/Charismatic statement of faith and participate in a local church

Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills

Possess outstanding organizational skills

Demonstrate strong interpersonal including a friendly and positive attitude

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

Proficiency with Microsoft Windows, Excel, Word and standard email software

Understanding of basic database management, Google and Adobe Suite and willingness to learn new programs.

Ability to set up and maintain well-organized files and records

Ability to interact, collaborate and communicate professionally with a range of team members,

Strong organizational, prioritization and multi-tasking skills
