Junior IT/Help Desk Technician
Description :
- Diagnoses and troubleshoots technical issues using diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
- Problem solving.
- Walks end users through the process.
- Manages system backup and restore.
Qualifications:
- Bilingual – French, English
- College degree in computer sciences
- Good communication skills and organization.
- Managing AS400, an asset.
Full time, 35 hours per week.
Monday to Friday
