Team Leader Fashion Stylist

Job description

  • Lead and guide the team towards the achievement of daily objectives and sales standards required.
  • Know how to delegate tasks between co-workers.
  • Ensure the cleanliness of the store as well as the visual standards required.
  • Enforce administrative policies and procedures.
  • Proceed with the receiving/shipping of the goods with vigilance.

Qualifications

  • 6 months of experience in retail or equivalent.
  • Bilingualism, an asset.
  • Senior: More than 30 hours per week.
  • Junior: Less than 30 hours per week.
