Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Quality Administrator to join our team! In this role you will be responsible for supporting the quality management system, ensuring compliance with industry standards, and assisting with continuous improvement initiatives. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with various departments.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Maintain and update quality management documentation, including procedures, work instructions, and records.
  • Develop key performance indicators to measure the health of existing Quality Procedures.
  • Assist in the preparation and coordination of internal and external audits.
  • Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
  • Support the implementation of corrective and preventive actions.
  • Coordinate training sessions related to quality standards and procedures.
  • Assist in the investigation and resolution of customer complaints and non-conformances.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

  • High school diploma and typically 3+ years of related Quality work experience.
  • Preferred Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field and typically 0+ yrs of Quality related work experience.
  • Previous experience in a quality assurance or quality control role.
    Strong understanding of quality management systems (e.g., ISO 9001).
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Microsoft Excel and Power Point.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
