Description
Cleardale is a small farming community in northern Alberta located about 170 kms west of Peace River. Cleardale Colony School serves students from grades 1 to 9. Division housing may be available for school staff.
Qualifications :
Experience and/or knowledge of multi-graded classroom instruction
Ability to work collaboratively with other teachers and educational assistants to ensure student success
Proven ability to differentiate lessons and assessment to support students’ achievement
Additional Skills :
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication skills with students, staff and parents
Ability to contribute to a positive, safe and caring learning environment
An understanding of Hutterian community and culture
Requirements:
Must hold or be eligible for a valid Alberta Teaching Certificate
Provide an acceptable current Criminal Record Check with Vulnerable Sector Check

This teaching position falls under the Collective Agreement between the Alberta Teachers' Association and the Peace River School Division.
Annual Salary Range:
$ 62, 702 to $ 105, 996 (dependent on experience and education in accordance with the collective agreement between the Alberta Teachers’ Association and the Peace River School Division).
