GPS Technician – Deliver the Phaneuf Experience to Our Customers!

As a GPS Technician, you will be responsible for the installation, calibration, and technical support of GPS systems on agricultural machinery. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving issues, ensuring updates, and providing excellent customer service to optimize equipment usage. Thanks to your expertise, you will help maximize the precision and efficiency of agricultural technologies.

Your Role as a GPS Technician:

• Install and configure GPS systems on agricultural machinery
• Provide technical support to customers on the use and maintenance of equipment
• Diagnose and resolve issues related to GPS systems
• Perform software updates and calibrations
• Train users on the operation of GPS tools
• Collaborate with the team to improve solutions and customer experience

• You have at least one year of experience as a GPS technician in agriculture or a related field
• You understand the agricultural sector and the technological challenges it faces
• You have the ability to explain technical information clearly to customers, even remotely
• You can read and interpret electrical diagrams
• You are organized, autonomous, and willing to travel between our 8 branches
• You are comfortable communicating with an English-speaking clientele
