Your role as an Senior HR consultant:

• Advise managers on the application of health, safety, working conditions, remuneration and politics standards
• Act as a contact person for employees and answer their human resources questions
• Participate in the development of policies, HR procedures and contribute to the establishment of human resources development and development programs and make recommendations

As the ideal candidate, you have:

• University training in human resources or equivalent
• Minimum of 5 years in a similar position
• In-depth knowledge of applicable regulations: health and safety,remuneration, immigration, etc.
• Experience in immigration processes, an asset
• Knowledge of an electronic time management system (Synerion) and Employer D, an asset
• Excellent judgment and analytical skills
• Ability to manage complex situations and established deadlines
• Excellent to write and speak French language
• Ability to establish positive and collaborative relationships quickly
• Ability to perform multiple tasks in parallel
• In-depth knowledge of the MS Office suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, etc.)
