Description
We seek dormitory staff who enjoy young people, have experience working closely with teens, and are willing to plan student activities, monitor student homework and tutorials, as well as plan and supervise student activities for weekends and evenings - along with other school staff.. All applicants must understand that safety and security are extremely important for our students, and to that end they must be mature, vigilant and insightful. Emotional intelligence and sound judgement are required.
Preference is given to speakers of Japanese, Mandarin, Ukrainian, and/or Spanish. Training and/or experience teaching ELL/ESL and/or working in an International Boarding School environment is desirable.
Preference given to applicants with an understanding of Experiential Learning, an interest in outdoor activities such as hiking, skiing, mountain biking, paddleboarding, sailing, rock climbing and so on. Interest and ability in Dance, Swimming, Tennis, Soccer and languages is useful; if you have these interests or abilities, please let us know in your application.
