Description
PL Télécom is looking for a Security System Installation Technician to join its team. In addition to the usual telecommunications services, we offer a personalized security solution. We are looking for technicians based in Halifax.
Job description :
- Carry out the installation of alarm systems and home automation products (access control, surveillance cameras, motion detectors, door contact, etc.)
- Train the customer on their new installations (arming/disarming, operation of motion detectors, what to do in an alarm situation, etc.)
- Explain the work that will be carried out to clients
- Evaluate, diagnose and report defects that require repairs
- Ensure compliance with standards and specifications
- Providing an exceptional experience to all our customers
- Write and transmit work reports and monitoring forms to the team
- Work independently and help other technicians in the field
- Observe and follow all company rules and policies regarding health and safety
- Know and understand new products and services
- Other related tasks

- Valid driving license
- Have experience in customer service;
- Be able to work days, evenings and weekends
- Good driving record
