CUSTOMER SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE :

Day shift: Monday to Friday
Here's your role and responsibilities
Receive and process customer account orders;
Validate prices according to price lists and quotations submitted by sales;
Coordinate all steps from order receipt to invoicing;
Produce and update open order reports for customers;
Collaborate on improvement and development projects, according to skills and experience;
Coordinate the shipment of goods with the shipping supervisor;
Process customer complaint information in the system;
Participates in various departmental and company meetings;
Performs any other related tasks or special mandates at the request of his/her immediate manager.
Experience & training:
You have a college diploma (DEC) in a relevant field (administration, printing, sales, etc.).
You have relevant experience in customer service and in coordinating files and/or projects in the manufacturing sector.
You recognize yourself and have the following skills:
Bilingual; (frequent communications with suppliers outside Quebec) ;
Very good knowledge of the Office suite and the use of management software in general (CRM, ERP, etc.). Highly functional with IT tools in general;
Ability to organize work tasks, to follow a file with order and rigor, and to handle details and data with precision;
Natural ability to collaborate and relate to people;
Demonstrate initiative to ensure the advancement and completion of certain files;
Interest in and ability to learn the technical side of the product;
Autonomous and able to manage several files simultaneously;
Ability to work in a constantly evolving environment and to accept change;
Knowledge of plastics and/or printing processes (an asset).
