Principalship at Huron Colony School
Term: This position will commence the beginning of the 2025-2026 school year.
Huron Colony School is a Kindergarten to Grade 9 school with a student population of approximately 13 students and a teaching staff of approximately 1.0 FTE. Huron Colony School is located near Eyebrow, Saskatchewan and approximately 70 kilometers north-west of Moose Jaw, Saskatchewan.
Prairie South School Division operates 40 schools with a total enrolment of over 7,300 students. The division covers an area stretching from Craik in the north to the U.S. border in the south, and Mankota in the west to Rouleau in the east and includes the city of Moose Jaw.
Duties and Qualifications:
As outlined in the Education Act, 1995.
- Bachelor of Education degree,
- Master's degree is an asset,
- Must hold or be eligible for a Saskatchewan Professional A teacher certificate.
Salary and Benefits:
Salary and benefits are in accordance with the currently negotiated Provincial Collective Bargaining Agreement and Locally Negotiated Teacher Agreement.
