Benefits


PICK ORDERS:

  • Receive pick ticket from Logistics Manager;
  • Pick product and scan location and bar code;
  • Identify product shortages and advise Logistics Manager;
  • Move orders to staging area;
  • Affix shipping label and commercial invoice if applicable;
  • Ensure that another Warehouse Associate verifies the order before it is moved to the staging area.

PUT AWAY INBOUND PRODUCT:

  • Review products that require put way;
  • Review inbound ticket;
  • Scan location for put away;
  • Put away pallets or product to its assign location.

COUNT INVENTORY:

  • Receive instructions from Inventory count sub-contractor or Director of Warehousing.

MAINTAIN CLEANLINESS:

  • Pickup tape, wooden chips, sweep the floor in the warehouse.

OTHER TASKS

  • Assist other employees to palletize outbound orders and move them to the shipping area;
  • Assist with order picking, order verification, reorganizing/moving the stock or inventory counting as needed;
  • Conduct other tasks as required by the Manager Logistics or Team Leader – Pick/Pack.

Requested skills

Work in a cold environment (refrigerated container). Must be able to move fairly heavy boxes (50 pounds) and in very good physical shape. Up-to-date Forklift Skills Card required.
