WELDR-ASSEMBLER
The production team has a place for you!
The schedule from 4:00 p.m. to 2:00 a.m., including ½ hour paid for the meal, Monday-Thursday for a total of 40 hours per week
THE CHALLENGE
Efficiently assemble ASME tanks using engineering plans and shop drawings
YOUR DAILY
- Read plans and interpret assembly symbols on shop drawings
- List the materials needed for assemblies
- Prepare and position the required parts according to the specifications of the drawings
- Perform oxygen cutting (cutting required during assembly).
DO YOU HAVE WHAT IT TAKES?
- Vocational training in welding assembly or 5 to 10 years of relevant work experience in a manufacturing environment
- Ability to read and interpret industrial drawings and welding symbols
- Mastery of welding techniques (GMAW, FCAW)
- A superior sense of observation
- Good manual dexterity
- A sense of autonomy, resourcefulness and productivity
- Respect for OHS techniques
