• Pre-check the worksite and maintain it in an orderly, clean, and safe condition;
• Install ground support according to plans and specifications;
• Scale loose rock from walls and ceilings and install support systems to secure underground galleries;
• Drill rock and operate specialized drilling equipment;
• Perform daily inspections and maintenance of the equipment used;
• Proactively suggest improvements related to assigned tasks to optimize safety, quality, and efficiency of operations;
• Apply and comply with all applicable standards, regulations, codes, and laws;
• Report any abnormal conditions that could pose risks to health, safety, or other workers;
• Perform any other related tasks.

• Possess a DEP in mineral extraction or equivalent experience;
• Hold FMTM mining modules (1-2-3-4-5-6-7-8-9-10) or Common Core certification.
