We are looking for a talented Marketing and Communications Assistant to join our marketing and communications team. Under the supervision of the Marketing Director, the selected individual will be able to use their creativity to tackle stimulating and exciting challenges.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the linguistic revision and translation of various documents received by the department.
  • Coordinate the internal and external communication process.
  • Support the sales team, including client presentations.
  • Manage follow-ups on marketing invoices.
  • Organize and coordinate participation in conferences and corporate events.
  • Manage various advertising campaigns.
  • Ensure the website is up to date.
  • Support social media management.
  • Perform any other related tasks.

Desired Profile :

  • A minimum of three (3) years of experience in a related field.
  • Bilingualism.
  • Experience with Mailchimp.
  • Experience with WordPress.
  • Excellent priority management skills.
  • Strong sense of organization and attention to detail.
  • Good adaptability to changes.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Rigorousness.
