In this role, you will be the driving force behind operational efficiency and play a key role in project management. Your responsibilities will also involve close collaboration with other departments, fostering effective communication to achieve common goals.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Analysis, processing, and communication of information and instructions for IT projects, maintenance, and repairs.
- Logistics management related to operations under your responsibility (travel, availability, parts, etc.).
- Coordinate communications with clients and technicians, ensuring follow-up on their needs.
- Track the progress of work and provide status updates.
- Manage the order reception process and inventory management to ensure that computer systems reflect physical inventory.
- Coordinate interactions with other departments and ensure effective collaboration to achieve common goals.
- Provide support, preparation, and follow-up for various reports and presentations.
- Implement and participate in improving project management, IT infrastructure, and procedures.
- Manage the procurement of materials, from the submission process through to delivery.
- Perform any other related tasks deemed relevant to the position.

You are the ideal candidate if you have:
- College diploma (DEC) or Bachelor's degree (BAC) in a field related to project management or any other relevant training.
- Minimum of 3 to 5 years of experience in a similar position.
- Experience in the IT sector (an asset).
- Ability to solve problems and deal with unforeseen challenges.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Rigor and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite.
- Bilingualism in French and English, both oral and written.
