\nOverview:
\nManages surface infrastructure scope, including roads, utilities, buildings, and non-process areas related to the Mill. Ensures execution meets cost, quality, and schedule KPIs.
\n
\nRole & Responsibilities:\n\n

\n\t
• Deliver surface infrastructure projects, including water treatment, administration facilities, and laydown areas.\n\t
\n
• Integrate with Mill Area and underground teams for interface alignment.\n\t
\n
• Enforce contractor performance through KPIs and performance reviews.\n\t
\n
• Coordinate site logistics and camp/infrastructure readiness.\n
\n

\nQualifications / Requirements:\n\n

\n\t
• Civil or Construction Engineering degree.\n\t
\n
• 10+ years in surface works for mining or industrial facilities.\n\t
\n
• Experience in Arctic or remote site construction considered an asset\n
\n
