ResponsibilitiesThe Retail Divisional Manager is responsible for:
• Provide set objectives and key success measures to all stakeholders
• Track and trend customer focused metrics and enhance overall customer experience
• Liaison with national retail department to execute on key projects, corporate strategies and effective process improvements
• Create quarterly reports detailing key metrics: track and report on overall revenue variance, alternate induction channel performance, process compliance, standard customer expectancy report
• Manage financial aspect of the retail business; budget analysis
• Assist with overall development and rollout of retail strategy at a divisional level
• Responsible for managing brand standard for all induction points; terminal, free-standing, agent, drop boxes, partner specialists, kiosks, parcel lockers
• Oversee training initiatives and implementation of performance management of all employees
• Responsible for talent development of regionals managers and supervisors
- Bachelors degree in business or sales (or equivalent)
The ideal candidate must:
• One to three years Retail Purolator Experience or related Management experience preferred
• Self-Starter and action oriented (Self Directed)
• Ability to successfully manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment with strict deadlines
• Financial acumen
• Excellent interpersonal and relationship building skills
• Strong retail operations and process knowledge
• Strong computer knowledge in excel, word, power point and internet
• Problem solving and analytical skills required
• Must be able to function well in a team environment
• Excellent oral and written communication skills required
