Description

This is a contract role lasting 8 months, but could be extended.

This position will be supporting two Managers reporting to GM Retail, will aid in decision-making for their portfolios, and will be responsible for the overall health of the national Retail Network which comprises 147 stores (400+ employees), 550+ agents, and 300+ drop boxes. This position will ensure that all processes function successfully, customer servicing is of the highest caliber and the financial health of the business is measured and reported. The manager will work closely with major support groups including Operations, Training, Quality, Engineering, PMO, and Finance to ensure the Retail network has the appropriate resources to function effectively.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for implementing projects/changes to the retail store network.
• Work with Training Department to launch new online training initiatives to meet Retail's geographic challenges.
• Work with in-market trainers to ensure training is delivered and the Retail requirements are met.
• Develop refresher assessments to ensure long-tenured employees continue to receive training.
• Develop Health of the Franchise reporting to be delivered to all related constituents to assist with improvement, EC, OC, Operations, etc.
• Align with Operations, and Partner Managers to ensure there are sufficient Drop boxes to meet customer and financial requirements.
• Develop good relationships with colleagues to ensure milestones are established and roles are clearly defined.
