2025 Investor Services, Winter FX Ops Analyst (4 months)

Job Summary

In this FX Operations role you will work with the FX pre-execution operational team and will be assigned to focus on the daily processes relating to FX journal postings in the Trust Custody system. Daily tasks will also include investigation and updating desk operating procedure when required and gathering of evidences for internal controls.

Job Description

  • FX journal postings
  • Validation and reconciliation of entries against the report
  • Investigation pertaining to FX related journal entries
  • Completion of daily End of Day checklist
  • Assist in reviewing and updating desk operating procedures
  • Review and track standard settlement instructions and reach out to market counterparties to ensure accuracy of the record on file
  • Assist team in gathering evidences required for Internal Controls Management Policy (ICMP)

Please note:

In order tobe eligible for these student positions, you must either:

  • Bereturning backto school after the work term end-date; or
  • If you are not returning back to school (i.e.are graduating immediately after the work term), you must require the full work term as a mandatory component in order to graduate successfully
