What is the Opportunity?

This is an entry level position located ONSITE in a Processing environment in Regina, Sask. The position is primarily responsible for supporting Currency Processing and Operations within the Center. Including operational support for various day to day activities where the main focus is accuracy, efficiency and to ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are met at all times.

What will you do?

  • Part of an early morning team responsible for opening the Center
  • Sale and purchase of Precious Metals, incoming shipments from Capital Markets and regular balancing of inventory
  • Bank of Canada (BoC) incoming/outgoing shipments
  • Assist with Incoming/Outgoing Foreign Currency orders and Bank of America shipments
  • Packing Precious Metals, Foreign, Canadian and United States currency cash parcels
  • Receiving and unpacking of incoming bulk cash parcels, commercial and Branch deposits

Must have:

  • Must be on time and able to work flexible hours
  • Strong organizational & decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Effectivetime management skillsthat keep you organized and on schedule
  • Can work independently and with others
  • Ability to work well under pressure, in a fast-paced environment
